In 2000 she founded The Colour House Theatre School in Wimbledon’s Merton Abbey Mills Theatre.

Having recognized the benefits of teaching dance to all children, Kerry gained a Special Educational Needs teaching certificate from Sutton County Council to specialize in teaching dance and drama to children with autism. She was head of Drama at Wimbledon House School and resident dance and drama teacher at Canbury School in Kingston.
